Shining Light Ministries Update

This has been a busy month. While ministering in the villages we saw that the people of the villages were in desperate need of food. With the help of our supports we were able to buy food and distribute it in 6 villages that we have churches. We provided food for more than 300 Christians that attend our churches.

The week we distributed the food was very hot. More than 100 F! Our cellphones keep overheating so it was hard to get good pictures. Also, the AC in our SUV quit working. It was a very tiring week. We had to first go and buy food, That took us two days. Then we took 4 trips to the villages to take the food out since we could only carry one ton of food in a trip. Saturday we took two trips and on the second trip it was dark by the time we got to the village. When the people of the village saw that we had come with food they were so happy they sang as we enter the village. The soundtrack from this video was recorded on our cell phone as we were unloading the food for distribution.
