Shining Light Ministries Update |

The last 2 months we were in Tanzania. It was a very busy time! I led seminars in several churches. In a village that is in Dodoma I taught a week-long seminar, the last day of the seminar the church building was so full that there were people standing outside. I taught on the gifts of the Spirit and having revival in our lives. We saw many people that had never operated in the gifts of the Spirit start to be used by God. There were many filled with the Holy Spirit for the first time. |

In one church, I taught on the baptism in the Holy Spirit there was and man from the Anglican church that came to the seminar that day. I asked an old man that had never prayed for anyone before but had been in the seminar to come and pray for him. The man from the Anglican church started speaking in tongues. He had tears running down his cheeks because he was so happy and blessed. |

While we were gone to Tanzania, Lubasi continued to visit the churches that we have started here in Zambia and teach the Christians. |

It is very hot and dry in the Sioma area, the other day it was 115 F degrees (46 C). The AC is not working well in our SUV, so it is very hot while driving. |
|
The drought is still continuing and the prices of food are very high. People in the villages are suffering this year. This is the worst situation of hunger that I have seen. We still have 2 months before the rains start. We are helping as much as we can, but there are so many of our Christians that are going without food.
